My family and I want to thank you for the wonderful care given to Sofi, for the prayers, and for the respect shown. We are especially grateful to Dr. Olivia, who showed such compassion during a very difficult time for us and did a truly blessed job. Thank you to the entire team and for the beautiful card. ❤️🐶

I am extremely disappointed with the way my dog’s situation was handled today. My 11-year-old dog was recently diagnosed with pneumonia and was prescribed medication. This morning, I called your emergency clinic because my dog was refusing food and I was unable to get her prescribed doxycycline into her. I specifically needed veterinary guidance because of her condition. I left a callback request for the veterinarian. After waiting for several hours without hearing anything, I called again. I was told that the callback request was still active, but instead of receiving medical guidance, I was simply offered another appointment. I understand that emergency clinics can be extremely busy, but I waited the entire day and never received a call back from a veterinarian. I was not calling for a routine appointment or general advice. I was calling because I was having difficulty administering prescribed medication to a seriously ill dog and needed to know what to do. Thankfully, my dog eventually ate the food containing her medication, but I should not have had to spend the entire day wondering whether I was able to properly treat my sick dog because nobody from the emergency veterinary team returned my call. I strongly recommend reviewing how urgent callback requests are handled. If a case is considered urgent enough to warrant veterinary follow-up, leaving the owner waiting the entire day without any communication is not an acceptable standard of care or communication. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.
