All Pets Veterinary Hospital

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place for anyone looking to spay their bunny. I brought in my 2 girls on sep 8th 2026 we drove an hour and half from Tulsa because we were quoted $300 for both their spays on the phone and after picking up they said it was $500. When we expressed that wasn’t what we were told, they said “we wouldn’t have said that and we have to hold your animals here until you can pay.” Obviously this was distressing especially after an invasive surgery while also needing to start getting home asap. Ultimately the lady that told us the wrong price admitted to it and we only payed $300 but was told if we wanted to come back we would have to pay the rest of the balance. Although upset we still appreciated them fixing their mistake. I wasn’t going to leave a review but after we got our girls home I noticed one of them was acting incredibly strange. She was not eating, drinking or moving even hours after the surgery. We had to force feed her critical care every 4 hours all night until we could find an exotic vet to look at her. Anyways, we ended up finding out they severely under dosed her pain medicine and gave our 3lb bunny and 7lb the same dose?! Rimadyl 0.10 to be exact. Although our smaller bunny did amazing because she got the right dose our bigger bunny was managing severe pain all on her own. We even asked if it was enough and they told us “yes.” If we were inexperienced bunny owners, this could have killed her. She is doing better now thanks to the help of another vet but this could have ended very differently.

I’ve trusted All Pets with the care of my dogs for the past nine years, and they have consistently been excellent across the board. Their pricing is reasonable, they’re incredibly accommodating when it comes to scheduling, and having the option for Saturday appointments is a huge convenience. After nearly a decade of bringing my dogs here, I can confidently say I’ve always felt that they were in good hands. I also want to specifically recognize Shannon, because she is an absolute standout. She has some of the best customer service skills I’ve encountered anywhere. She is genuinely kind, bubbly, welcoming, and sincere, and you can tell that it isn’t forced—it’s simply who she is. Whether you’re a new customer walking through the door for the first time or someone who has been coming there for years, Shannon has a way of making you feel immediately welcomed and appreciated. Employees like Shannon are often the first impression people have of a business, and she represents All Pets exceptionally well. I sincerely hope she gets recognized for that, because she deserves it. Between the quality of care, reasonable pricing, flexible scheduling, and wonderful people, there’s a reason I’ve continued bringing my dogs to All Pets for nine years. Highly recommended.

My cat died 2 days after they said he was fine. Then, brought a kitten in and they mentioned they found ONE tick (photo included) I guess this is what one tick looks like.

Dr Slater and Kenzie did a great job with my pet rabbits. The rates are very reasonable. I kept getting quoted $200 to 250 to have just one of my rabbits neutered in Oklahoma City at almost every single vet in town. So I branched out and found all pets clinic in Stillwater and for what I would have paid for one, I got both of them done. I highly recommend this place for your pets. Thank you so much All Pets!!!!!

Shannon at All Pets got my cat in quickly when no one else in the area could see us for at least another 3 hours. Kind, compassionate, and attentive staff, recommend 100%.
